Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Yogdrishyam, we offer yoga teacher training programs, online yoga courses, and digital learning content. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how and when students receive access to our digital or physical offerings (if any).

1. Delivery for Digital Courses & Online Access

For all online yoga courses, recorded sessions, subscription plans, and digital materials:

✔ Instant Access (Digital Products)

Once your payment is successfully completed, you will receive:

  • Login access to your student dashboard

  • Course activation confirmation via email

  • Access to recorded classes, digital notes, or subscription content

Delivery Time: Within 5–10 minutes after payment (in rare cases up to 1 hour).

2. Delivery for Live Online Classes

For programs that include live online sessions:

  • Class schedule will be shared via email/WhatsApp after enrollment.

  • Meeting links (Zoom/Google Meet) will be provided before class.

Delivery Method: Email + WhatsApp
Delivery Time: Within 24 hours after enrollment.

3. Delivery of Physical Materials (If Applicable)

Currently, Yogdrishyam usually does not ship physical yoga products.
However, if a student purchases printed manuals/books:

Shipping Time

  • Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days.

  • Delivery time: 5–10 business days, depending on the location.

Shipping Charges

  • If applicable, charges will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Partner

  • Reputed courier services (DTDC / India Post / BlueDart / Delhivery).

4. International Students

For students enrolling from outside India:

  • All course content is delivered digitally.

  • No physical shipping unless specifically requested.

  • Delivery time remains instant after payment.

5. Delivery Confirmation

Once your order is completed, you will receive:

  • Email confirmation

  • Payment receipt

  • Course access instructions

If any issue occurs, our support team will activate your course manually.

6. Failed Delivery / Access Issues

If you face any problem like:

  • Course not activated

  • Email not received

  • Wrong course access

  • Login issues
