Cancellation Policy – Yogdrishyam Yoga Teacher Training, Goa

At Yogdrishyam, we strive to offer a high-quality and transformative yoga teacher training program. We understand that personal plans can change, and this Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which students may cancel their enrollment.

Please read this policy carefully before registering.

1. General Cancellation Terms

• All booking deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Yogdrishyam is not responsible for travel expenses such as flight tickets, accommodation, visa costs, travel insurance, or any other expenses made by the student.

• Cancellations must always be submitted in writing via email to: Yogdrishyam0@gmail.com

2. Cancellation by the Student

Cancellation refunds apply to the remaining tuition fee only (i.e., total fee minus the non-refundable deposit).

More than 60 Days Before Course Start

✔ 100% refund of the remaining tuition fee
✘ Booking deposit is forfeited

Between 30–60 Days Before Course Start

✔ 50% refund of the remaining tuition fee
✘ Booking deposit is forfeited

Less Than 30 Days Before Course Start

✘ No refund will be issued

3. Visa Denial (International Students)

If your Indian visa application is rejected, Yogdrishyam will offer:

✔ 100% refund of the remaining tuition fee (deposit not included)
✔ Valid only when the student provides an official visa denial letter issued by the Indian Embassy/Consulate

All refunds are processed in INR or original payment currency.
Any bank charges, transfer fees, or conversion loss will be paid by the student.

4. Early Departure or Dismissal

No refund will be given if the student:

• Leaves the training voluntarily after it begins, or

• Is dismissed due to violation of school rules, code of conduct, or inappropriate behavior.

5. Course Cancellation by Yogdrishyam

If Yogdrishyam must cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances:

Students may choose between:

✔ Full 100% refund of all payments made (including deposit), OR
✔ Free transfer to a future training course within 12 months

Note: Yogdrishyam is not responsible for additional costs such as travel, accommodation, or visa expenses.

6. How to Request a Cancellation

All cancellations must be made by emailing:

• Full name

• Course start date

• Payment details

• Reason for cancellation

Refund processing time: up to 30 business days.
